Advance payment is required for all private cases. Cashiers checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) are accepted. For payment information, please call our offices at 605-693-8501.

Please provide the following information:

1. Names of the parties to be sampled
2. Age(s) of the child(ren)
3. Name, address and telephone number of the person initiating the DNA test or of attorneys representatives for use in chain of custody documentation
4. Names, addresses and telephone numbers of the person(s) to whom the report should be sent.

Upon receiving a customer's request for a DNA test, a client services representative will make arrangements for sample collection at the nearest convenient site for the client. If the parties involved in the test live in different areas, individual arrangements will be made.

Our Identity Genetics laboratory works with hundreds of collection sites throughout the world. Sample kits and prepaid mailing packages are provided by Biogenetics Services, Inc. along with the necessary authorization and chain of custody forms. Courier service is available at an additional charge.

Upon completion of the sampling procedure, the responsible phlebotomist or technician labels and seals each sample before direct shipment to Biogenetics Services, Inc.

The highly confidential results of the DNA test are reported directly only to the parties indicated on the request form.
