Where to Start - How to Initiate a DNA Relationship TestTo initiate a DNA Relationship test, contact us on the Internet, or send a FAX, or a letter of request, or place a telephone call directly to Biogenetic Services, Inc. Please provide the following information:
Upon receiving a customer's request for a DNA test, a client services representative will make arrangements for sample collection at the nearest convenient site for the client. If the parties involved in the test live in different areas, individual arrangements will be made. Biogenetic Services, Inc. works with hundreds of collection sites throughout the world. Sample kits and prepaid mailing packages are provided by Biogenetic Services, Inc., along with the necessary authorization and chain of custody forms. Courier service is available at an additional charge. The above photo shows a buccal swab sample being taken. This is a painless and non-invasive procedure performed with a soft swab. If the purpose of the DNA test is to provide you with answers, you may wish to consider our "at home" DNA test. Self-sampling using buccal swabs is an easy, convenient, and discrete option when legal action is not an issue for the client(s). We suggest that self-sampling should be witnessed whenever possible. Sample collection kits may be purchased through Biogenetic Services, Inc. There is no difference in the accuracy of the results between a test with an established chain of custody and an "at home" test.
